Requirements for System Engineer - Microsoft Technology: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a System Engineer with a focus on Microsoft technology. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019) and associated services. Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Microsoft infrastructure components. Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus.
